When is support not 24/7/365 as advertised?
When it is the day after Christmas Day, and I’m Lisbon time and the hosting is somewhere in the US time, I think 5 hours behind. Nearly three hours and no response and no access to my server.
Moral of the story check your account because I don’t get the emails my hosting provider is sending out.
