I signed up for a shared hosting company and I added email. Then send a password reminder from a website to the email account. I did not receive an email after a few tries. So I contacted support and they said that IP address is blacklisted. I’m like okay what next, we need to wait for the IP address to clear and that could take some time as well as reputation score. Is a standard practice?

So I cannot receive email from a very popular game site and was working just fine with Site Ground.
